    Direct, email based re-targeting

    When a consumer visits your website they are, in effect, creating a dialog with you. The mere fact they are on your site tells you they are interested in the types of products and services you sell. Unfortunately, once they leave your site, the dialog is over. CiteResponse™ helps identify who they are and offers the ability to follow up with them via email in an effort to continue the dialog and win their business.

    Social integration

    It is important to note that, with CiteResponse™, re-targeting is not just limited to email delivery. We also provide social re-targeting as well. Social re-targeting works much the same way as email re-targeting but leverages the consumer's participation in social media.     Web based interface used to create and manage prospect email campaigns

    Organizations that conduct multiple postal campaigns will undoubtedly benefit from multiple Co-Targeting campaigns. Although this is definitely a productive strategy, it is beneficial to establish rules regarding the maximum number of email contacts an individual should receive within a given time frame. CitePlan™ allows just that. Marketers can establish rules regarding contact cadence that are automatically implemented with each subsequent campaign. Also, with our calendar-based drag and drop interface, campaigns can be managed on the fly. Changes in delivery dates can easily be made and cadence rules can be adjusted as needed. They can view order status, quantities, due dates and ship dates and even download summaries into an Excel spread sheet. Once again, we are sticking to the 4Cite mission of providing the best service at the best value with our flat fee pricing for processing list orders.

    Orders and counts are processed within one business day. Our processing platform offers automated order receipt, count verification and shipping confirmation. Our system also streamlines the handling of prior order omits, zip/zip+4/scf selection, key coding and list seeding. As part of the update processing for each list, we provide a comprehensive suite of customizable count reports for List Owners and List Managers. These reports have proven to be invaluable when working with mailers and List Brokers in determining the available quantities for fulfilling orders.

    Another great advantage of 4Cite Enhanced List Exchange/Rental Fulfillment is the wide array of data enhancements that are available. In addition to all the list specific selections, we make "global" RFM and Product attributes available. This allows members to effectively mail deeper into lists that have performed well on hotline segments, but that may have had marginal performance on older recency segments. A large selection of demographic and synergy attributes also help mailers zero in on their specific target audience. Finally, Members have the opportunity to omit their House file from orders placed to help improve the net quantities out of their merges and save on brokerage and list management fees.

    4Cite Enhanced List Exchange/Rental Fulfillment charges a small flat fee rather than a /M fee for running basic orders. This flat fee includes prior order omits, a single zip file upload, file delivery and full access to the 4Cite Enhanced List Exchange/Rental Fulfillment "Order Status" system.     One-on-one customized sales calls deliver results

    Simply put, when it comes to our list management services, our priority is building your list rental income. In addition, you can expect the following deliverables from us as your List Manager.

    • We build annual sales projections for list rental income. Crafted using previous history and incorporating trends and industry knowledge, we project out by month. We know how important it is to budget accurately and deliver on that budget.

      We develop and execute a focused sales plan that:

      • Ensures a steady flow of new tests. Tests are the life blood for continuing growth of your list's rental activity.
      • Builds business from non-competitive mailers. Exchanges are important to your acquisition strategy, and we work with exchange users to get them to use as many names as possible. The key to your list rental income is the usage from non-competitive mailers that you are unlikely to exchange with. This is our #1 focus of our sales activity - bringing in those rental mailers.
      • Strengthens your list's performance utilizing targeted selections and enhancement data. We continually monitor how your list is performing for each mailer. We recommend additional selections for you to offer on your file. Selectivity is very important - the more options available, the more users we can entice.
      • Increases volume from continuation users. These users are your "bread and butter". We stay closely tuned to how your list is performing to ensure we don't lose volume, and work with these mailers to test deeper selects.
      • Reactivates former users by fine tuning of selects. If a mailer has not placed an order in the past year, they are contacted with a recommendation of a tighter selection in order to stimulate reordering. Our philosophy is that a single test cannot determine whether or not a list performs.
    • We implement the List Owner's list rental policies during the sales and list clearance process. We are very aware that your list is a key asset, and that while you wish for list rental income, you don't want to jeopardize sales from your own customers. We work with you to develop list rental policies that fit your business.
    • We report on sales activity on a monthly basis. Within 3 business days of each month-end, you will get a suite of month-end reports summarizing the previous month's results, including progress against sales projections. This ensures you are fully aware, in a timely manner, of the status of your list rental business.
    • We maintain exchange balances and reconcile them regularly. We are meticulous about exchange records because we know you make decisions based on their accuracy. Our systems are designed to track your balances and generate reports for your relationships. Most importantly, we reconcile your balances on a regular basis to be sure they are accurate, as opposed to most List Managers, who rarely, if ever, reconcile all your relationships.
    • We will collect money due and remit income to the List Owner fast. We take just the time we need to properly post the receipt of payment, and turn it right around to pay you, the List Owner.
