By matching your existing mailing universe against this repository, we can launch email campaigns to the very same prospects that are about to receive your postal mailing. For a fraction of the cost of sending the mail piece, we can reach the same target audience multiple times via email. This will help expose your brand, increase overall response rates, and drive incremental sales.

    We can also extend the dialog you have with consumers via our email based Re-Targeting service, CiteResponse™. This technology provides the mechanism to know when a consumer has visited your website and, when matched against our data repository, allows you to continue the dialog by launching an email campaign to that particular individual in question.

    Data and Technology4Cite's technology may also be utilized to help analyze the results of your cross channel marketing efforts. Most web analytic platforms such as Omniture, Coremetrics, and Google Analytics focus on metrics such as page hot spots, click stream patterns, and length of visit. While valuable, they are not particularly strong in measuring consumer metrics. We, on the other hand, can provide that insight. We will already have the outbound marketing contact and web visitation history via CiteMail™ and CiteResponse™. Combining this with the purchase information provided by the feed, we are uniquely positioned to analyze and report the effectiveness of multi-channel campaign strategies.
